Dr. Deepa Pain and Palliative Care Consultant delivered the welcome address, setting a reflective tone. Mr. Ramesh Ponnusami, Executive Director, ELGI Equipments, the chief guest, highlighted the profound impact of palliative care, sharing a personal experience of home- based support for a loved one.

Dr. Rajith, Home Care Consultant, PSG Hospitals, underscored the importance of palliative care awareness, while also recognizing Dr. T. Balaji Director, PSG Institute of Oncology & Managing Trustee, CCF as the “Father of Palliative Care in Coimbatore” for his pioneering efforts.
